"My headaches are gone! Approximately once a week, for years, I would wake up in the morning with a "nasty" headache - one that would last all day. No matter what pain relievers I used, the headache would persist and not leave me until the next morning. I never really thought it was abnormal. It was just the way I was made and I learned to accept them.
Then at a dentist appointment one day Dr. Goodell conveyed to me that it was obvious to him that I had been clenching and grinding my teeth during sleep. He asked if I had headaches. We talked for a bit and he suggested that I might benefit from an NTI dental appliance, which makes clenching virtually impossible. I was skeptical, but I agreed to let him 'create' a custom NTI for me. He did so that day and I went home with it.
I will be frank. This little device was not inexpensive. But it is worth its weight in gold to me. I started wearing my NTI in May of 2014 and cannot be without it. I wear it faithfully every night, even when I travel or go camping. It changed my life. How? My headaches are gone!

I have been a patient of Dr. Goodell for several years. I was originally referred to Dr. Goodell by my oral surgeon. The surgeon had all but given up on saving my dental implants, He stated that there was only one dentist the he knew of that might be able to save them and I was lucky to have him in the Brighton area. I made that first appointment and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I was amazed with Dr. Goodell's knowledge and use of his state of the art laser treatments. He has indeed saved my dental implants and slowed the progression of my periodontitis.
Throughout the years, I've found Dr. Goodell to be gentle, meticulous, and patient. He will take the extra time to answer all of my questions.
Since my first visit, he has created beautiful new dentures for me. Wow! What a difference. I'm all smiles!
I am very impressed with his team. Besides their professionalism, they are so warm and friendly. They make you feel like family. I always leave the office with a positive experience.
